"I love my Weichselbaumer alto hurdy gurdy. It has a good dynamic range, is very stable and has a wonderful tone. It is a very high quality instrument. It has 3 chanters which I usually tune to low C, low G, and high G. There are 3 trompettes and 3 drones, 2 with capos. It is not affected much by humidity changes. There are pickups for the chanters, trompettes, drones and magnetic pickups for the sympathetic strings. It is just right for me now."
