mentor, as well as the consummate writer, visionary, educator, cut to the chase
wizard, technocrat who is insightful, rational but still down to earth, and

Terry Penza, CEO, North Shore
Barrington Association of Realtors
I met Judith about 30 years ago when she started her tenure at the
Traverse Area REALTOR board as the operations officer. I was a new real estate
agent. Subsequently I became an owner of Sleeping Bear Realty, Inc., now a
Century 21 franchise. She was very aware of the real estate industry and all of
the facets which affected our area. She helped develop the Boris system for our
MLS and was a leader in the industry in the US, not just our part of the
national REALTOR system. Judith has always been a fine leader in the community as
a regional representative on many boards, including the Traverse Area Chamber
of Commerce. I felt very confident that anything Judith set out to accomplish
on our behalf would be a marked improvement for our industry. She had a great
staff from the beginning of her time at the board and communicated well with
her board of directors as well as the member offices of the Traverse Board. She
was always available to answer questions and solve problems for her
constituents. I am proud to call her a friend as well as a fellow business
acquaintance.
Suzy Voltz,
Broker-Owner, C-21 Sleeping Bear Realty

numerous occasions and have found her direct humorous style to be extremely
effective in achieving results.

With Judith at the helm of my local association of Realtors, I was
confident anything could be accomplished. As I traveled around the state and
became acquainted with other local associations, none could hold a candle to
what mine had to offer, thanks to Judith.
Gwyn Besner, Realtor and Educator
Judith is writing/editing certain sections of NAR's Answer Book and the

and knowledge of our constituency are top-notch. We're grateful for her
contributions to these two fundamental projects.
Judith responded very promptly to a NorthSky
client request for services and fulfilled the engagement as a member of the NorthSky Consultant Network. Judith has been engaged by the
client for additional work, which is a testament to her successful presentation
and interactions during the engagement. Judith is an excellent communicator and
critical thinker.
